Each exhibiting company is entitled to two (2) complimentary Exposition badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space. In order for badges to be mailed, registrations forms must be submitted on or before April 2, 2012. Otherwise badges will be available on-site during registration hours.

The exhibit space lottery for the 2013 IDAExpo™ will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 8:30 to10:00 a.m. at the Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Pavilion 3. A breakfast buffet will be offered at 8:00 am. As always, the opportunity to participate in the lottery is only available to the firms exhibiting at the 2012 Las Vegas IDAExpo. Please download the two documents below.

In past years, IDA has provided financial support to a number of charitable organizations including: Loaves & Fishes, Any Baby Can, Free the Children, National Camps for Blind Children, and Wounded Warriors.
The specific organization to receive the financial 2012 Charity Award this year will be the Southern Nevada Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Virtually everyone knows someone who has been impacted as a result of breast cancer. This is one reason why the association’s leadership voted unanimously to help make a difference in the fight for a cure; 1.1 million women are diagnosed annually.
The Affiliate will be acknowledged during the Opening Session to be conducted on Friday, May 11 in Las Vegas. In addition, a number of Expo-related events and activities will be supporting breast cancer awareness by promoting the pink ribbon.

Did you know that the IDA must guarantee hotel rooms? Did you know that the hotel holds the IDA responsible for the room guarantee and that it can cost the association thousands of dollars if attendees don’t book directly with the hotel using the IDA Code?
